If something is not right, tell us and we will make it right.
What is the return window?
You can return an unused product within 7 days of delivery.
What if I get a wrong or damaged item?
Contact us the same day with a photo. We will replace the item or refund you.
How do I start a return?
Call or message us with your order number and the reason. We will tell you how to send the product back.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds go back the way you paid, usually within 7 working days.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, for another size or colour within 7 days if the product is unused and in its packaging.
Which items cannot be returned?
Used items, and items without their packaging, cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.
