How can I place an order?
Open a product, add it to your cart and go to checkout. Enter your name, phone number and address. We call you to confirm the order before we send it.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay cash on delivery, or with bKash, Nagad and cards where they are shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka usually 1 to 2 days. Outside Dhaka usually 3 to 5 days.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. You can return an unused product within 7 days of delivery. See Returns and refunds for the steps.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Pay the delivery person when you receive and check your parcel.
How can I track my order?
Sign in to your account and open your orders. You can also call or message us with your order number.
